Your Employee Is Valuable, and I Think You Should Know

Dear Mr. Messer,

I am taking the time to write this because I am so incredibly impressed with one of your employees. Nour has been a huge blessing to me!

I decided to do a new website for my husband, and stayed with Apollo Hosting. I didn\'t have anything to do w/the previous site, but I took this new project on. I was so happy with your website service (and product) that I decided to move my two websites here as well. Mostly, your service tech department is so much more personable, and equipped than others (three others) I have experienced. (For one, your company is in North America, and that is always a plus.)

Then came Nour. Unbelieveable dedication. Last week I called three minutes before his shift ended. He stayed more than an hour later to help me. If that wasn\'t impressive enough, he called to continue the next day. Every time I have had an issue, he has been not only willing, but capable of solving my issues, and ALWAYS with a pleasant spirit. I\'m not just talking about one or two occasions. Nour has helped me numerous times.

I don\'t know what the protocol is, but I hope that this email will act as a large dose of confidence in Nour receiving a promotion, a raise, (or both) or certainly a recognition of some kind. Seriously, my experience with techs has always been related to high blood pressure, I\'m sure. But Nour always brings a sigh of relief and confidence. He is a valuable employee; an asset to Apollo Hosting. It is because of him I have highly recommended Apollo Hosting to others.
